am I correct in saying spurs are worthless as tits on a boar hog in this "challenge"?

and

if a bird has a double beard, only one (the longest) beard counts right?

Basically, a bird with a 8 inch beard is gonna score the same as one with a 12 inch double beard and spurs count for nothing correct?

just making sure I understand the rules before we get started.

The wild card rules are as follows:
** Any contestant that is able to take a youth under 16 on a hunt and call in a bird to the youth for a kill.

To answer your question, yes spurs are worthless. Just gotta have an 7 inch beard or better for max adult gobbler points.

Points system for this challenge will be simple.
Any Tom with a beard 7 inches and over will be worth 50 points.
Any Jake with a beard under 7 inches will be worth 25 points.
Any wild card entry in which a youth hunter harvested a bird (of any size) will be worth 30 points.

In the case of a tie at the end of the contest, the team that had all birds entered earliest by the time posted on the thread, will be declared the winner.
