Default Turkey dark meat

Gonna do something when done. Probably turkey and noodles and some turkey salad

Put it on the Primos buddy, or put it in a roaster. The dark meat holds more flavor and is ore moist.

Cooked it til it fell off the bone, and the little leg tendon thingys separated from the meat. Salt, pepper, southern flavor seasoning, celery, claussen pickles, mayo, little mustard. Ate it on sandwiches, crackers, with a fork out of the fridge.
