Default Road Trip

Rode around the other day. Went to the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame in Amarillo on the way to Oklahoma through Kansas.

I'm glad you were within 2 1/2 hours from the house. Sounds like you had some flatland fun! You should have stopped at the Cowboy Hall of Fame in OK City. It's awesome.

One of the best catfish restaurants in the US is located in Seminole, OK just east of OKC on I-40 called the Catfish Roundup.

If you want a change of scenary, take a drive west on 40 and then connect with 270 and drive up towasrds Woodward. One of the best parts of the state and you wouldn't think you were in OK. Then loop east and return to OKC from the north.
