Thumbs down To Hell with this Socialist state!

I am NOT gonna work for that woman! I dont want any part of living here under her either. If she wins, my house is going on the market, Im gonna take my profits and Im gonna look for another job. Rogersville Alabama here i come! ROLL TIDE!

This race should NOT have been this close!

Basically all the Democrat shitholes have decided our next Governor for us! Atlanta, Macon, Savannah, etc. THIS is why we have an Electoral College to elect our POTUS so New York City and L.A. cant elect our President

Everything I'm seeing is that Kemp has the #'s to win

Did I miss something?

Yeah, the 100,000 + dead Democrat ballots that will mysteriously appear during this recount.

Typical Democrat that won't concede because she was told ahead of time she would win.

Meh... I don't see it happening. It's time for Abrams to concede and our state to repair itself.

The alarming thing for me, throughout this entire process, is that the foundational core of GA and the US seems to be changing. I honestly don't know what the answer is...there are two sides, seemingly at war with each other, that are so fundamentally different that every election is a win/lose battle with huge consequences for the losing team. I don't know that it will ever come to a civil war, but for sure there will be bloodshed and our "country" will cease to exist as it was. Regardless of party affiliation, it's just sad to see our country so divided.

A friend of mine had a pretty good perspective on the whole thing this am, and concluded with this Bible verse. Seems appropriate. "For many are the plans in the minds of men, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand." - Proverbs 19:21

I guess I can take comfort in the fact that regardless of the outcome, neither Abrams or Kemp are in control. I've been fired up more than I care to admit over this race, and there's really no point in it.

I guess it hit me last night when my 5 year old asked me "who was going to win, Abrams or Kemp?" When I asked him what he knew about Abrams, he said she was "a bad lady." It hit me, that I had been so strung up on cramming my opinion of Abrams onto people that my 5 year old was watching and taking in all that I said.

I'll sit back and watch this play out and I'll vote if there's a recount, but I've decided to "try" to not let politics affect me as much going forward. I have bigger things to concern myself with.

As of right now I'll be in Georgia for a few more years.........maybe in 10-15 years I might move.....sell farm and house and I'll have a nice little chunk of money to buy property and home elsewhere.

Alabama wouldn't be bad........I won't have any kids in school by then.......

I like the Tombigbee River area near Pickensville........lived there when I was a kid years ago.

Tom, I was gonna wait until I retire in 10 years but I refuse to work under this woman. What all scrammage said above is sweet and looks good written down but the truth is, this state and its people are in for a YUGE screwing if this socialist gets elected.

I just need to find a job at a college over there that has TRS I can roll over into I LOVE North Alabama! People are nice, its beautiful, the hunting and fishing are off the chain and virtually ZERO chance of turning socialist.

Oh don't get me wrong...I don't agree with ANYTHING Abrams has presented and think it would drastically change our state for the worse. I guess my point in all of that is, that regardless of the outcome, I can be ok with it and life will continue. It's easy to get super wrapped up in the politics, but at this point, it's not helping. We need more people on both sides to start moving back towards the middle...

Gimpy........I think one of two scenarios will play out over the next two years.

1) The Dems. will push the impeachment crap and put a damper on the economy..........of course they will blame Trump. If the down turn in the economy has a drastic impact on Dems. they might see the light........and it could possibly mean the end of Dems for years to come.....

2) They push impeachment and Dems approve.....economy keeps going strong......I hope enough Indys. will vote Republican in 2 years and boot out the Dem. Socialist our of office.

Been saying that for years. We need a viable third party to start taking enough votes away from both parties so they realize the American people are sick of the Big Two's shit. Once they begin losing enough votes, they would shit back towards the middle ground. As it is, neither party really gives a damn about anything other than screwing the other party and in the process are just screwing US.

With that said, no way I was sacrificing my vote in this election this year.

Smart man brother. A vote for the middle would have been a wasted vote for sure.

I can't say that I'm ashamed of him...I just want him to come to that conclusion vs having me constantly fuming over it at home.

On a side note, I noticed that Abrams tweeted about an hour ago that she has no plans to concede, followed by a link to donate to her campaign.
