I've not eaten a beef steak in restaurant in over two years. They just can't get it as good as you can on the BGE.

Cheesy Hashbrowns is a breakfast favorite of ours. Substitute sausage for burger. Had some type of chicken pasta one last nite. Was not not too bad but nuthin to brag on for sure.

I figured out the ribs on my second try.......You could pick the bone out of the meat while it was on the Egg.

Bruz it's all about the temp and cook time to do that on the Egg. I don't like mine that way so don't cook mine as long.

Fried WILD Turkey breast from a turkey I killed this year.. cut in to bite size chunks, rolled in egg and battered in a home made spicy seasoning & flour
