around the inside lip. So when your rigging decoys you can see good!

Just buy you some of those AA battery powered lights that are advertised to put in closets and such where there is no power. Just stick the adhesive to the hull and you are good to go. The lamps in the rope lighting will not hold up to the vibration of the boat for very long. Before you know it half of them will be out.
