Default I get sick working under the car

It's something that I noticed about 2 years ago and it seems to be getting worse. When I lay under the car to work on something, if I stay there to long, i'll start getting nauseated to the point of wanting to puke. If I get to that point it takes me a while to recover, I get in a weakened state and have to stop, sit down and just chill for a while, even for the rest of the day. Even something as simple as changing the oil & filter can get me. It really sucks getting old and dealing with the physical inabilities that come with age.
Did a google search and it seems pretty common for men over 50. The more I research it on line it sounds like Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) ... guess I need to go see a ENT doctor and get the official diagnosis.

Trust me I know what your talking about, at 58 it takes longer periods of time to recover for sure for me. And I feel like I am in pretty good shape.

Vertigo is bad news. I have a buddy that suffers from it and it will hit him out of the blue. He has to to keep medication with him to offset the episodes
