Default Weekend Weather

Temps for the weekend look great. Low 55 and high 66 in Central Ga. Bout the same for Sunday If the rain will just be intermittent and give us at least a couple hrs in the stand each hunt would be great. Got a itchy trigger finger. Something is going in my freezer Sat am

Good luck sat morning. I have some buddies coming down this weekend to try and get their first bow kills. Hopefully the weather will allow us to hunt a little... and for me to get some labor out of these guys.

Sitting in a blind absolutely soaked after sitting in a loc on. Woulda stayed there but I bailed for the truck when lightning was popping close. An AM hunt tomorrow looks like a rainout too.

Everyone's foodplots should be looking great! That's a positive I guess to all this rain. Been some nice bucks being seen and killed the last few days. I'm really just now getting excited about the season. Bow season ends before the good hunting even starts

Good luck this weekend - looks like mine could get a little dicey, they are showing the hurricane coming up the Chesapeake Bay, a great start to my week long hunting trip.

Heavy rain here for Sat. Sunday is now looking like the better day. We will just have to see how it turns out. 20mph winds for Sat as well

I got a deboned deer ham soaking in some secret marinade right now. Gonna put it on early in the am whole stuffed with bacon. Slow cook. May not make it to the woods if it gets done

they cancelled the field trial. the property it was gonna be on already flooded. Its on the sc coast, and they're expecting 8 more inches tomorrow. rather than spend all day pulling truck and trailers out of the fields stuck it was re-scheduled. kind of glad. gave me time to catch up on fixing junk thats needed some attention here.
