Not that much. I saw some good deer trails but not that many big rubs? I found some rubs about forearm size, but no leg size ones. But it was some of the most beautiful turkey woods I have ever seen!

Kentucky is like that, on some of my property you will not see many rubs but there will be a good population of bucks. I have always thought that was strange, but don't let that bother you. I killed a 155 inch 8 point rubbing a tree the size of a broomstick in 03 in Kentucky. Weird but true, and sometimes I will find some the size of telephone poles but not everyyear, and the big bucks still show up either way!

Thanks for telling me that! Im just use to seeing more rubbed Cedar tree's in Illinois. It seemed like every tree on a ridge were rubbed in Illinois. I know the bucks are there because this property has produced quite a few 150's over the years.

I can tell yall that THE PLACE we hunted in KY last year (Game Trails) was covered in rubs in all of the low lying areas. the ridges and hardwood areas were not

I feel sorry for those deer when gun season comes in. They don't have many places to hide!
