Default 80 acres in Pike County Ill

can be bought for about 3000 an acre. Its mostly CRP, creek bottoms and a long strip of Corn and Alfalfa.

It right next to where we hunt every year.

Let me know if your interested and Ill get you in touch with the man.

If my boys were older Id jump on it. But I still got to get two boys through school.

Its really a nice piece of land. We saw a deer on it last year twice that was guessed at close to 200"

wish I had 240,000 grand laying around. Sounds awesome but nothing more than a dream for me.

I would be perfectly happy with their shotgun/ML season. Would be cool to shoot a big buck with a pistol too. Thats legal right?

I am trying to work something out to maybe buy that 146 acre tract in Kansas. Since it connects to us I would really like to have it. But the $175,000+ is a nuckle breaker. I'm talking to a buddy of mine to try and go in halves. It would be great to have it. But it is a far cry from what we paid for our original tract $400 an acre.

We have some family property that I will inherit one day. I wouldn't mind selling it and buying some mid-west land. But its a tough decision to give up land that you can enjoy everyday for land that you will only be on a handful of times every year

Nope, just does in the late season with hand gun... You know, they might have changed that this past year, let me check on it in the morning...
