Default Plumb Creek leases

Someone across the pond posted that Plumb Creek had 105 leases open. Is that a sign of the times or has everyone had a belly full of Plumb Creek? Personally, I hope there are a lot of open leases this year. Maybe that will put some downward pressure on everyones lease cost. At the very least, it should stop the increases.

PC Isn't the only one Rayonier has many still available also. They took on a managment company that jacked up there leases and now haven't filled all. I know of some that are going to shoot whatever when they have been managing there deer for years they say they wont pay it again next year so we will see what happens with that also.

according to some, there are waiting lists though

all one has to do is cruise over to GON and check out all the lease openings from clubs that have NEVER had a problem filling their membership.

yeah, it is a sign of the times for sure.

4 dollar a gas is killing everyone that isnt rich..........I dont care what anyone says.

all lease owners have lots of openings right now.

I got out of my plum creek lease in Washington C......

Ridiculous camping fees and other B.S were one of the reasons I got out.

The club I'm in now has about half the property leased from plum creek, but the camp isn't on that tract.

My brother and his group lost there clubs this year because of the increase and no one having the money or being willing to pay the higher cost. He has found another one somewhere.
