Would you comment on the freaking stud now, we got some genetics in this area. Just not many deer. Killer
That has some good genetics, there are a couple areas up in there that were fenced years and years ago and had deer brought in and the genetics are still in the area. All that area around Monument Rd and Longswamp creek have some big deer.

Good bucks Randy! Have you taken a buck off your place yet? Corn might be legal up that way soon. You just have to keep more out than your neighbors! LoL

Friend attended one of those WRD meetings and he got the impression that the state was leaning toward a statewide season and regs which I assume would include baiting. But not for bear. Not sure how you could inforce that

I have not killed one off my place quickie, should of had one 5 or 6 years ago but it was two together and well I think I blew it. I should have drawn when they was at 18 ydsBut they was a 14 or 15 in. buck with him and one or the other was always looking right at me. So i thought I would wait and still get the shot they just walked straght away from me. If I could do it over I would have just drew real slow and took my chances. He was a borderline P&Y buck. And 8 pointer I would say 18' WITH GOOD MASS, I hate myself. But I have seen 5 or 6 good deer. Once or twice quickie I almost went and got my rifle and shot them off my food plot. I am going to start doing a little gun hunting this coming year. I just cant find the time to put in archery like I use to.. Man that is a stud of and 8 pointer that guy killed, I am guessing mid 130 or so, dont you think?

Yea, I'd say 130s Back when I lived at my other home and planted my food plot behind the house I passed up several 110 inch bucks with the bow but several times had 125+ caliber bucks in the plot and wouldn't shoot them with my gun. I'd go back next day with bow and they wouldn't show Biggest I ever saw was a 140 chasing a doe in my food plot one year in Feb! Ughhhh Nothing wrong with pulling that gun out and I should have also
