Default Bird #2

Troup county. Gobbled few times off the roost. I set up about 100 yards away on the gasline. He flew down and came straight to me. Short and sweet hunt.

Nice work. 2 textbookers in a row. It's been at least 4 years since I had one of those. I wouldn't mind one in the near future

Yesterday's bird was more right place at the right time and it just played out right.

Luckily, when I saw the bird strutted he didn't see me and I was able to back out of view.

Glad I killed him, but it wasn't much of hunt, I killed him within a few minutes of seeing him.

This morning's bird was a lot more fun, I got to watch him come in gobbling

I would almost shoot one out of a phuckin tree right now as long as its been since Ive killed one. I do have to say I havent tried really hard the last couple years though. Nice work killer. No longer than youve been doing it, you may likely be the best turkey killer I know now.

I love those short and sweet hunts! My first bird this year took 8 hours!
