Did you lose the entire seat? My buckshot seat on both stands eventually rotted out and I simply got a new piece of wood...some fabric and I made another one that attaches to the metal frame. Have done it for the seat and the back pads. On 2 different stands.

All you need to do is get the old wood off the metal frame. Template it...and then go to Home Depot and buy 3 or 4 of the bolts that come with the nuts that you hammer into the wood. Drive-in tee nut i believe. Use 1/4" plywood. match up the holes from the frame, drill the pilot hole so the nut fits into it. Then use the foam from the old seat and stop by a fabric shop and buy their cheap, fake leather with a cotton backing fabric. Its waterproof. use a staple gun to attack the fabric around the wood and then screw it back to the frame. Pretty simple.

Oh...put the nuts in the inside of the wood against the pad, so when you tighten it down you don't pull em back out of the plywood.
