I have a couple of cudde's and love the flash, trigger speed and quality of pics. but I hate the battery compartment and hate the fact that it does not have just an on off switch instead of all the friggin button pushing to get to what you want.

battery plate is the biggest issue. it comes loose and loses contact with the batts. both of mine now have a wedge in to keep the battery plate in place.

have had moutries over the years and they were all garbage so I wont try any more

dont have one yet but I have heard absolutely nothing but great things about david helmlys cams. www.trailwatcher.net

They fixed the battery compartment on the new cuddies. I have 2 of them and 1 stealthcam. The SC works fine when its over corn but misses heads if on a trail. The cudde, it don't miss and the pics are crystal clear. And the 4 batteries will last, for me, 4-5 weeks. Unlesds it is taking 200 pics a day.
The one aspect I LOVE about the Stealh Cam is that it has the three picture burst mode. I wish Cudde had that option. Because now when you can put in a 1 GB card, 3 mp pictures wont fill it up until its close to 1000 pics.
