Default anyone want to be My neighbor?

The guy I bought My land in Monticello from is thinking of selling the 32.5 acres across the dirt road from My place, He said hed split it in half if someone didnt want the whole tract, it has good road frontage a good stand of mature pines on a little over half and some hardwoods on the back side has a gated entrance and power at the road. let Me know if your interested and Ill put you in touch with him., BTW, It is not listed on the market yet.

I really want to buy a piece of land one day, but I'm poor with 3 little ones right now. That's a really good area around there too Bilge. I've hunted all over THE PLACE up there. I'll be up that way again in March.

The cheapest small tract of land under 50 acres in the Hillsboro area is 3700 per acre and its clear cut or swamp. The area is sought after for small homestead /farms and prices keep going up every year. $4200 is cheap compared to some Ive seen in the area. I looked for over a year before I found mine. Heck If I could afford it Id buy this land tomorrow

It's only money. Buy it, sell the pines and get part of the money back.

The farmer next to me is selling 31 acres for $450,000.
