I'd hate to buy that and only get to hunt it every 4-5 years.

Bubba and JT got screwed up there, I would at least not sell it until after next season and I would let anyone hunt the property and then sell it.

Still can't hunt it but every 3rd yr or more. Trust me.... I know.

They offered it to me to lease this season but I missed the deadline on applying for Iowa archery tag. I have 5 points

According to Jim, they built a place, got drivers license, pay income tax, property tax, everything a resident does but couldn't prove that "lived" there for over half the year.

So the Iowa DNR told them to **** off when they tried to get a license to hunt their own farm.

Unless you were going to live there, it wouldn't be worth it to only hunt there every 4th or 5th year. Now, buying it and leasing for the years you couldn't hunt it on top of the CRP money might make it interesting.

I wonder if they added a house or something on it because it looks like they are asking about 90 thousand more than the purchase price.

That will be some high capital gains taxes if they didn't improve the land
