i had a neighbor, who was a prick, where i lived in gordon county. he put up double-ladder stands ON the propert line, FACING my property and my clover patch. then, he started puttin corn out, on MY place!
i got pissed, and talked to the local warden, who is a nice reasonable sort. he came out and talked to the guy. the dude then quit putting the corn on my side, but refused to move his stands, and refused to stop baiting the darn hogs on his side. the warden told me he would keep a check and eventually catch the dude...but, hte warden told me specifically that i could continue to hunt my property regardless of what the dude did...that i couldnt control what he did on his own land, but that would NOT prevent me from hunting my own property, even though i was w/ in 200 yards, and within sight , of bait.
