![]() Any of you guys shooting these for fun and extra training? I had a chance to shoot a couple of nice 22s this past season. Lots of fun and highly accurate. I've got a CZ 22 LR that's pretty accurate but not quite to the level of the Anschutz or Rem 40x that I shot.
I'm considering setting up a mini range at the house for pellet rifle, preferably one with aperture sights and set up for 3 position shooting. Some of these pellet rifles cost as much as a nice custom centerfire but I'm hoping for a more affordable option and one the boys can grow into.

![]() I got this from them a year or so ago, lots of fun. The boys love it but I'm wanting something for more precision iron sight use.

![]() I practiced on chipping sparrows, crowned kinglets, and brown headed nuthatches hopping around the trees with my old Sheridan back in the day.

![]() Robins were always fun. Taste pretty good too. Red Wing Blackbirds were a bonus around the beaver ponds. The others are fictional and have no bearing whatsoever on past events related to my childhood. The Robin and red wing black bird names are exaggerated but close enough. ![]()
