Default Changing Allies food

I'm done with Pro Plan. It's 50.00 or more with tax now and I have to drive 25 miles south to get it. It's not I can't afford but the principle. Seems like every time I go to get it the price has gone up.

A much better quality and rated food was mentioned to me and ive found it in Jasper for 36.00 for 40#. The dog food sites rate it at 4 stars while Pro Plan is 2 - 2.5 for whatever that's worth.

I am jumping on the Victor Super Premium train as soon as the Pro Plan runs out in a few days. Allie will eat anything so I'm gonna swap right over. 26/18 Select Performance blend with glucosamin.

Gonna see how she does on it

I would still ease into the new food. Last time I tried to swap foods I had a dog pissing out her ass.

I've got a two pound bag of PP I might mix for a few days.

She swapped over from Puppy Chow totally to Pro Plan just fine after one bowl mixed half and half.

It was a good switch for me. all my dogs transitioned fine with it and they all look great. high energy and smaller poop piles.

Yeah, that wouldn't be good! The runs in the house!

Purina One was gonna be my choice actually. Ingredients are almost identical to Pro Plan but can be bought in grocery stores!

Town and Country has been in business for years here and carries Victor. She said she would always have it in stock for me and had great things to say about it.

I've never thought much about the logistics of feeding a kennel. Now I know.

You have a good number of dogs when you buy by the pallet.

I wish I could find it around here. None of the dealers on their site carry it. I think I'm going to switch to Pride. $30 for a 50# bag and I can get it in pretty easily.

Well, 42.79 with tax for 40# of the Performance formula in the green bag.

Still cheaper than Pro Plan and a bigger bag.

Dakota, if you are interested in selling me a bag every two months give me a shout. I would just as soon give you money as anyone.
