Default Indiana Hunt 2015 update thread

Jim and I leave out Friday at 6 am. Should be on the Southern Indiana farm by 2 pm. Going to try and scout and get some stands hung so we can hunt Sat am in the 32 degree temps that are coming in on Friday eve. We will scout Mid Day Sat and try and get the rest of our sets hung. I will post as I can if I have good cell service. High temps wont even hit 60 all week Good Luck to everyone in Ga and lets all get a biggun!

Those pics are on North End. One 14 acre cut corn field on that end and pasture/woods. South end is along the Ohio River. Has a big bean field on it. They were still up last week but they said for me to plan on them being down by the time we arrive. Im going to focus more than likely on south end near a pretty good size oxbow lake coming off the river. I will post better pics on Friday afternoon of THE PLACE. Here is an aerial

it'll be fun to hunt the bean field even if its still up. Have fun and hope you kill one. The boys in northern indy have had a good hunt this week. Not seeing too much rutting activity yet. but i think they were a few days early. But still seeing good deer.

With this cool front coming in Friday the bucks should be on the move Always fun to hunt a new place and try to figure out what they are doing. Hope we can figure them out as quicly as possible . Some big woods in this area of the state though. Could be a good bit harder than N Indy. Going to be nice staying in house on the property!

Better be through Atlanta before 7. Preferably before 630. Trust me, I do it 5-6 days a week.

Nothing like being stuck in Buckhead with a brake problem on your F 250 when you suppose to be in Indiana in 3 hrs. Ughhhhh
