Default TV took a dump

My Samsung TV died unexpectedly tonight. Had a great picture for 6 years. What would yall recommend in the 55 inch class?

They're all good now. I like the Samsung. Have 3 in the house. They've been good ones

Vizio or LG brother. I buy and hang a lot of em and those are the 2 best brands out there right now. You can get damn nice LGs at Costco for a great price.

I bought an LG 55" 4K UHD tv a few months ago from Wal Mart for 469.00. Excellent TV! Went ahead and got the sounbar and subwoofer set too.

Can't help. Mine reached the end of its service life, so I hauled it off and hung some turkey fans up there. The kids eventually quit whining about not having a tv and started whining about going to the library.
