Question Recurve Hunters

Anybody here hunting with a recurve this year? I know Buckyt is.........this will be my first season hunting with my recurve.

I have a 1969 fred Bear recurve.........I have owned it my entire life..........grandfather gave it to me.

been hunting with osage stick bow , river cane arrows the last 3 years ....

I have a nice recurve that I shoot really well but something about this stick , I can't lay it down ...

No different than any other weapon, if I didn't feel comfortable and confident with this weapon I would not use it.

I feel more confident shooting a recurve than I ever felt with a compound.

Kankled...glad I am not in that group. Never happened to me at TTHC.

Tom will kill a deer opening evening of bow season with his recurve and Sean will lose his mind. I will be laughing the entire time.
