i'm sure its a great bow. i refused to do any more business with matthews, after they refused to send me a set of limbs one season. my mq-1 was less than 3 months old, and had a limb cracking something bad...right smack in the middle of the bama rut. they made me send the bow back to them, and took 6 weeks for turn around. i had to buy another bow, in order to keep hunting. it was a pse, fine bow, too. eff matthews...alls they had to do was ship me 2 limbs, and i woulda been back in the woods the next day. thats the first question i would suggest anyone ask before buying a new bow. 'will yall send me parts on short notice, when something fails?'

That really surprises me, I sold a bow once to a friend and a month or so later he called and said the limb had a hairline crack. I called mathews and they sent the limbs to dale at the proshop the next week. Not a problem, I actually sorda dry fired the bow, my fingers slid off the string when I only had it drawed back about 6 in". the cable did jump the cam on one end, But the strings and the cable on the other end stayed on. I never seen the crack though. oh well sorry for your experience
