You could save some of that area to build a firepit too. That would be cool and you've got rock. I'd like to build one using a piece of culvert surrounded by rock or block.

I have a fireplace insert that I bought a year ago. I'm going to buy some stacked stone to put around it. Maybe a short stacked stone wall on that side closest to pool also
