Default Fishing Pics

I've been doing a good bit of fishing lately in the new boat. Here's a few pics from the last month or so. I was able to get my FIL on his first red and my brother on his first inshore fish (he caught a slam the 1st day out!). Nothing huge but decent numbers are starting to show up. Fishing is slowly starting to get right around here and we're heading into some awesome fishing in the coming months.

Combination of a few things. My go to is either a DOA shrimp or Gulp swimming mullet. If those don't work I've got some topwater lures or paddletails that I'll throw. I've had the most luck lately on chartreuse gulp mullets on a jig head.

Thanks guys! Since living down here at the coast, my hunting time has taken a hit but I've been fishing a good bit to make up for it, especially since getting this boat.

The boat will float in about 6-8" of water and is perfect for the creeks around here. The Merc pushes it about 34 so it'll fly too!

Technically 25...it's probably pushing closer to 35.

It's a Merc 2 stroke SeaPro. It's a badazz motor!

I'm glad you like it but you're going to be hard pressed to get 35 hp (to the prop) out of a "built" 2 cylinder engine. A 3 cylinder outboard is a different animal. There is no replacement for displacement!

I like your boat though, it looks like a fishing machine.
