I got lucky and bought a brand new 1300 sq ft foreclosure for less than what you could even frame it for. Since 2012, based on my last appraisal, my house has more than doubled in value. Taxes did too lol

We have the smallest and cheapest house in my neighborhood. My neighbor put a 100K Spanish style roof on his house a few months ago! It is his lake house and he lives on the farm a few miles away! Funny bird.

Maybe, maybe not.

I would not put stock in how much construction is going on around me. In 06, I watched developers walk away from half built subdivisions and commercial buildings literally stop in what seemed like overnight.


I may be wrong, but everything looks just like it did back then.
