Looks like a good piece of property to me with great potential.

Not real high on the location. Real Sandy soil in that area and bucks seem to top out around 125 even for very mature deer. Most of THE PLACE has been cutover and very thick except for the lanes they cut to gun hunt over. Really too thick to be drawing a lot of turkeys. The North side of Milledgeville is producing all the really big bucks. This is south side across the Oconee river. If it was on the river I'd be very interested!

Well alright then, I will keep my eye out for some river front stuff. Uh oh wait a min. This ain't a dam duck thing is it!!!! The river and all???

Those are some descent bucks now, look again 8 to 10in. More bone on one or two of them bucks and they are pretty dang solid.

You would be hard pressed to find a bow spot on that club. Not many mature trees left. But those are a couple of nice bucks. I have 3 places to hunt. Just need a good place for turkeys
