Hope you kill a booner Quickie!
I've hunted as hard this week as I have in many years. Tomorrow is day 6 of the trip. I got 2 days to get it done. The buck I passed on day 1 will get shot if he shows again.

i don't are what anyone says. its tough hunting in the midwest. almost always windy. all day sits. dang cold sometimes. it'll drain you. good luck in your last 2 days. they boys on the farm have pics of 3 140-160 inch bucks they haven't seen from stand yet.

Uneventful ending today. Passed a beautiful young 10 pt this am on my last hunt. Just couldn't make myself kill it. Too young. Either a top end 2.5 or 3.5. We had a great 7 days and I sat in the stand everyday all day except for an hr or so in middle of day. We are staying in Paduca and finished the journey in am

Sucks you didn't kill a hammer toad but sounds like a good trip overall.
