Default For you die hard bowhunters

Are you going to climb a tree on opening evening of bow season if its 100 degrees with 110 percent humidity?

I have set some parameters over the last year or so. If its above 90 degrees as a high ...........Im not hunting in the eve. Last time I did that I was miserable and passed up a doe so I wouldnt have to fool with it as hot as it was

Hunting for me is suppose to be enjoyable. Not miserable. Got plenty of hunting days ahead. I've said it once and I'll say it again, I wish the state would have Deer season open Oct 1, and have it end Feb.1 instead of Jan 1.

I shot for about 2 hours today in the heat, so I'm conditioning myself. Just need to get a chance to run to my momma's house to get one of my lock-ons and set it up. Persimmons are loaded and might be dropping before season this year.

Yes.

Only thing that will bring me out of a tree is a thunderstorm.
