Default Come on, I'm ready.....

I just watched Wadell chase birds and it got me fired up. I'm so ready for march. with a major let down with the goats I'm looking forward to spending opening weekend camping with mom, dad, and my wife and daughter. cant get here fast enough. I picked up another 800 acres in putnum county to go along with my 750 acre Johnson county lease so this might be an interesting year? anyone else fired up?

I've had a flock come through almost every morning I've hunted ,this season. They roost on the next ridge over ,from my stand. It's been educational, as far a talking turkey goes, for sure.I'm itching for Spring to get here.

Found a few public land gobblers to chase next spring. Probably dropping my lease in Crawford this coming year.

I can't wait to battle that monarch of a gobbler at my club in 2013. Hope he made it. There is one thing for sure. He didn't get killed by a hunter. LOL

Saw a flock of 20+ near the house the other day. Always looking forward to turkey killing time!

Always ready. Even when I am duck or deer hunting, I find myself listening and watching likely areas
