Default Question about corn

What if you spread out ears of corn over a harvested corn field. Is that baiting?

What if you plant corn and then knock down the stalks and leave the ears. Is that baiting?

Well its all baiting....but if the corn ear fell on its own and isn't moved its legal...but if you throw one out of the field and hunt that its illegal in some places. Now if a deer was in the field and comes to your stand thats away from the field and drops some corn out of his mouth....don't shoot. He or you one is baiting.....and the warden ain't gonna write the deer no ticket.

If you dump out ears it is no different than planting a bait plot except for one thing, deer will eat the corn before the baitplot for sure
