Looks awesome guys. Those homemade chips wouldn't last very long with me.

Not on the grill but I cooked the best steak of my life last night. THICK NY Strip (cut it in half since my wife likes her's well done...), reverse seared. Rubbed with some Montreal, cooked in the oven at 200 for 1.5 hours, finished off in my cast iron skillet. I might just cook them all like this from now on!

Looks good, I'm guessing more like a prime rib flavor

1.5 hours is way to long to eat a gd steak. I could grill the same on a Weber for 30 mins and get the same effect.

I thought you had an Egg. Reverse sear is the only way I cook steaks anymore.

Nothing fancy. Did some thighs and legs on the Nr Egg at a slow cook . Found a good recipe for some homemade bourbon barbq sauce and it was really good.
