Default Smoked Meatloaf

50/50 mix of ground venison and beef , 1/2 pound of chopped bacon, shredded Gruyere cheese, Panco bread crumbs, buttermilk and seasoned to taste..
Mixed everything together and let sit overnight, took 3 hours 20 minutes to reach an internal temp of 160.
