Vinegar Based BBQ sauce as requested . . .
2 Cups cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
Simply mix, place in bottles, and serve. As I noted in the other longer thread I put it in small, clear squeeze bottles that are 99 cents in the Walmart kitchen utensil section.
I also put extra pepper and a tsp of paprika in mine.
When I make pulled pork I put a small amount on it after it's been pulled. Not a lot but just enough to enhance that pan. Probably a quarter of a bottle per 5lbs of pork. Really gives it a good "zing". I then serve with this sauce and a tomato based sauce (usually sweet baby rays) on the side.
