Riding mower what's the bestest

I have a cub cadet right now, hydrostatic 42 inch cut. Want to stay around 42 or maybe 46, no bigger. Looking at a Deere or husqvarna. Everybody says the Deere is like comparing a Mercedes to a dodge when comparing other brands. The cub has been a decent mower, but it's time for change. I have to have bagging capability so I don't want to get into a zero turn. Probably gonna find one with 100 or less hrs on Craig's list or something.

You can bag with a zero turn. I just got a Kubota z421 about a month ago. I’ve been pretty pleased with it so far. I’ve got the 54” deck but I think they offer it in a 46”. You could also go down to the residential z100 and get a 42” deck. I had every intention of getting a Deere but found out that one of my pals that works for Kubota could get me 10% off dealers cost I had to go with the ugly urange mower. How much grass do you have to cut pal?

Jb could cut his grass with a 22"Murray push mower in 30 minutes or less.

Yeah Id say a zero turn would be overkill.

The new Husqvarnas look pretty nice. I looked hard at them before I bought my Gravely.

I love my JD. Just don't buy one from HD or Lowes. Those models are garbage. I loved my Kubota that Blaine bought from me but it was $$$.

I bought a troy built last year and it seams to be a good mower. price was about the same as a cub cadet but my last cub didn't last very long before it started falling apart.

Don't get another cub cadet......I have one too.........biggest POS I've ever owned....

I bought a used JD and love it! I paid 250 for it a few weeks ago......in the past 3 months I've spent 250 in repairs on the Cub Cadet........

Lazy ass. Put some hand controls on it and get busy.

Got an acre. Probably 3/4 is grass. My cub is a 2005 I think, it's been a good one. I'm gonna stick with a med duty mower from the husqvarna group or a Deere. Plenty of good used ones out there for a lot less than the price tags on the new ones. I'm not rich like y'all
