Let's post 'em up!

I like Steve Lee's Deer Processing here in Alma. Not only is he my girlfriends uncle, he does a good job about giving you all of your meat, and he makes the best smoked sausage I have ever eaten.

Pete Lee here in Alma does a real good job too. There are others in Alma, but those are the only two I have used.

There is a guy in Millwood that I used one time before. He and his father in law do some good work too. I can't remember the name of the business, but Jim White is the younger guy. They make specialty items like summer sausage, trail baloney, and salami.

In Milledgeville area I suggest C&B processing on 441 S near the Wilkinson County line. They have done a good job for me since switching to them. Sausage is really good

I havent used a processer in 20 years. I'm just more comfortable doing it myself. I know exactly what I am eating.
